29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that a programs existed that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employer: a) Jobsite, 278 38th Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about November 30, 2012, during siding activities, the employer did not ensure that a safety program existed at the site. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, ladderjack scaffolds near electrical service drops and ladders used to access a porch roof not being set up straight.
