29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: On or about November 27, 2012, at the job site electrical extension cords were observed being used run under a sheet of plywood and over sharp edges of metal studs where protection was not provided to prevent cord damage. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards if the cords were damaged.
