29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: On or about November 27, 2012, at the job site electrical extension cord was observed run over sharp edges of metal stud, not protected from damage. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards if the cord was cut or damaged.
