29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 5006 Chiltern Lot I11 Montgomery, Alabama: On or about November 30, 2012 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees involved in framing activities on the roof of the residential home were using fall protection exposing them to falls of 11 feet to the ground below. THE COLEMAN BREWSTER BUILDERS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVELANT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 386962, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON May 31, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 67825 LONG AVE MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) At 5006 Chiltern Lot I11 Montgomery, Alabama: On or about November 30, 2012 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to stand on the top step of a ten foot stepladder to access the joists above the first floor of a residential home exposing them to falls of 11 feet to the ground below.
