OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and fall from elevation hazards relating to improperly braced trusses:      a) On 11-29-12, employees, who were installing trusses with forty-five (45) feet spans for new residential construction, did not install the required temporary lateral, diagonal, and web bracing; employees were exposed to struck-by and fall from elevation hazards associated with the improperly braced trusses.    Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means to correct these hazards is to follow the Building Component Safety Information (BCSI-2008) guidelines for temporary bracing.  This information was available on site.    AL REED BUILDERS LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD SECTION 5(a)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312557150, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM 001, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 08-02-10 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT  N5611 VEESER LANE; LUXEMBURG, WI  54217.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
