OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees where employees were exposed to fall hazards: (a) Location - Navin Arena, 451 Bolton Street, Marlborough, MA: On or about 11/21/12, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working from a Genie Personnel Lift Model PLC 24 without proper training for safe setup and operation.
