All new overhead and gantry cranes constructed and installed on or after August 31, 1971, shall meet the design specifications of the American National Standard Safety Code for Overhead and Gantry Cranes, ANSI B30.2.0-1967, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6.    1. At the time of the inspection, in the small black saw area, employees were operating a Coffing 2 ton over head crane with no safety tag in place above the pendant control box.     2. At the time of the inspection, in bay 4 by the mill, employees were operating a Man Guard 2 ton over head crane with no safety tag in place above the pendant control box.    3. At the time of the inspection, in bay 7, employees were operating an over head crane with no safety tag in place above the pendant control box.    4. At the time of the inspection, in bay 6, employees were operating an over head crane with no safety tag in place above the pendant control box.    5. At the time of the inspection, in bay 5, employees were operating an over head crane with no safety tag in place above the pendant control box.
