29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: In between a building and a parking garage located at 3001 Ocean Drive in Vero Beach, Florida: An employee performing landscape work trimming bushes with a gasoline powered trimmer was not using eye protection equipment when exposed top potential eye injuries from flying particles, on or about December 4, 2012.
