29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided in this paragraph by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: (a) Royer Quality Casting Castings, Incorporated - The Utility employee who operated various machines over the course of the workday was exposed to noise at an equivalent eight hour Time Weighted Average (TWA) of 92.8 decibels for the 497 minutes sampled on January 3, 2013. The override noise of seventeen minutes was assumed to be zero exposure. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
