29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms: (a) On or about November 1, 2012, at a job site located at 766 Buchanon in Branson, MO, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 10 feet while working at the far east end of a supported scaffold platform due to the end guardrail section not being installed.
