29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken: a) Jobsite, Washington Upper Elementary, 4350 State Route 66, Apollo, PA: On or before 12/05/12, a 100 pound propane cylinder was located in front of the job trailer next to a jobsite roadway and was not protected from vehicle damage. b) Jobsite, Washington Upper Elementary, 4350 State Route 66, Apollo, PA: On or before 12/05/12, a 100 pound propane cylinder was located adjacent to the mortar mixing plant located next to a jobsite roadway and it was not protected from vehicle damage.
