29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(iii)(A): Vehicles or mechanical equipment capable of having parts of their structures elevated near energized overhead lines were not operated so that a clearance of 10 feet (305 cm) was maintained: a) 328 W. 14th St., Ship Bottom, NJ 08008 - While removing debris related to Hurrincane Sandy, an employee was operating a truck mounted boom equipped with a claw. The claw came in contact with overhead power lines energized at 7200V. On or about 12/03/2012.
