29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program, as described in paragraphs (c) through (o) of this section, whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level (TWA) of 85 decibels measured on the A scale (slow response) or, equivalently, a dose of fifty percent: The employer did not implement a hearing conservation program for employees exposed to 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) sound levels of 85 dBA or greater (50% dose). An employee working in the press room was exposed to continuous noise at 74.7% of the permissible daily noise exposure during the 449 minute sampling period on 12/27/2012; exposure calculations include a zero increment for the 31 minutes not sampled. AAA STAMPING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, (29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1)), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER (313941262), CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 01, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON (12/16/2009), WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT (4001 PEARL RD. CLEVELAND, OHIO 44109).
