29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: On December 5, 2012 at a worksite located at 2411-2417 Oakfield Court Aurora IL, employees were working from a ladder jack scaffolds and were not wearing a personal fall arrest system. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14.4 feet-15.7 feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903(d).
