29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: This violation was observed on December 5, 2012, at a workplace located at 2100 Bryan Street, Dallas, Texas 75201; where at least two (2) employees, who were working from the top of sky bridge, were not protected from falling to the lower levels.
