29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to provide and insure the usage of "point of operation guards" or properly applied and adjusted point of operation devices on every operation performed on a mechanical power press. See Table O-10. Employees engaged in production activities, in the main shop, at the following part revolution mechanical power presses were exposed to amputation hazards in that the guarding was not adjusted in accordance with the criteria set forth in Table O-10: 1) Russelle part revolution mechanical power press, serial number 17916 2) Russelle part revolution mechanical power press, serial number 18617
