The container was emptied monthly. 2) 650 Connecticut Avenue- The paint mixing room housed a metal, flammable waste container overflowing with dried waste material, which would not allow the container to close.

The company was previously cited for a violation of the Occupational and Safety health Standard which was contained in inspection number 314405242, citation number 1, item 2, issued on 08/18/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 700 Connecticut Boulevard, East Hartford Connecticut. The final order for this inspection was 09/10/2011

Storage of boxes, a flammable waste container and other containers were blocking the access. 2) 700 Connecticut Boulevard: On or about December 6, 2012, the employer did not provide a clear space to access electrical panels identified as B.S-1 and B.S-2. A large industrial fan and a waste container was blocking access. The company was previously cited for a violation of the Occupational and Safety health Standard which was contained in inspection number 314405242, citation number 2, item 1, issued on 08/18/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 700 Connecticut Boulevard, East Hartford Connecticut. The final order for this inspection was 09/10/2011.
