(a)  Institute of Science and technology Training Center, Bellefonte Pennsylvania -  Employees used a Honda EM5000S dual voltage portable generator without a ground fault circuit interrupter to power a Dewalt DW367 circular saw and a Dewalt  D25103 Hammer Drill on or about December 6, 2012.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
