29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: On or about 12/13/12 and a times prior thereto employees were exposes to Zep 45 Penetrating Lubricant an aerosol containing Distillates (petroleum), hydrotreated heavy naphtenic, an irritant to the respiratory system, while spraying bolts to make them easier to remove.
