29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift:    On or about 12/13/12 and a times prior thereto employees were exposes to Zep 45 Penetrating Lubricant an aerosol containing Distillates (petroleum), hydrotreated heavy naphtenic, an irritant to the respiratory system, while spraying bolts to make them easier to remove.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:    Maintenance Area, On or about 12/13/12 and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to, in case of an emergency not being able to respond to a fire quickly due to a box of filter placed infront of a fire extinguisher.
