29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operated at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures: (a) WAREHOUSE AREA OFFICE - The employer did not ensure that exposed energized 110 volt conductors in the electrical outlet used to power a Dell Optiplex 360 personal computer were guarded from contact, thereby exposing employees to electrical shock injuries, on or about December 6, 2012. (b) WAREHOUSE, LOADING DOCK AREA - The employer did not ensure that exposed energized 110 volt conductors in the ceiling fan control switch were guarded from contact, thereby exposing employees to electrical shock injuries, on or about December 6, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

No abatement certification or documentation required.
