29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: On or about December 7, 2012, employees were exposed to fall of approximately18 foot while removing and installing a roof on a two story motel with a 4 in 12 pitch roof.
