Where the drive extends over other machine or working areas, protection against falling shall be provided. This subparagraph does not apply to manually operated sprockets. a) Unguarded sprocket on infeed conveyor to planer. b) Unguarded chain and sprocket on conveyor, approximately 10" from guard rail to ingoing nip point. c) Unguarded chain and sprocket on conveyor line, approximately 3" from frame to ingoing nip point.
