29 CFR 1910.67(b)(1):     Aerial lifts in use in the workplace were not designed and constructed in conformance with the applicable requirements of the American National Standard for "Vehicle Mounted Elevating and Rotating Work Platforms," ANSI A92.2 - 1969:    a. The basket to the  articulating boom truck used to install signs and banners, was in disrepair; the fiberglass at one of four bolts securing the basket to the boom was cracked.  (Because of the damage, the load limit capacity of 350 lbs would be invalidated; see 1910.67(c)(2)(vi).)    Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
