29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: A bench grinder used in the maintenance department to grind down metal had a maximum opening greater than 1/8 inch between the right-hand side abrasive wheel and the work rest. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.215(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311096127, citation 01, item 02 and was affirmed as final order date on May, 14,2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Floretta Place, Raleigh, NC 27678.
