29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. a) Jobsite located at 112 Willie Paulk Parkway, on or about December 6, 2012, employees were not wearing eye protection while building wooden concrete forms with hammer and nails, thus exposing employees to possible eye injuries. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
