29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables were used, where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings: At this site, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards where: a. at the diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) injection station, a 120 volt electrical extension cord was run through the end window of the new drivers trailer to power the pump b. at the front manager office, adjacent to the training area and the gas detector charging table, a 120 volt extension cord was run through the corner of the office doorway to power electronics.
