On or December 05, 2012, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was trimming shrubs from the platform on an aerial lift truck at a height of approximately 8 feet without a means of fall protection. NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
