29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer failed to post loads approved by the building official on plates of approved design which were supplied and securely affixed by the owner of the building, or his duly authorized agent, in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate. (a) Crowne Plaza Hotel, 15500 E. 40th Ave., Denver, CO 80202; On and before November 15, 2012, the creating employer did not ensure that plates indicating the loads for a false ceiling used a working surface by a sub-contractor were conspicously posted in each space to which they related. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards due to a lack of knowledge regarding a false ceiling used as a working surface during window cleaning operations.

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Creating employer permited loads to be placed on the roof of a building or other structure a load greater than that for which such floor or roof is approved by the building official. (a) Crowne Plaza Hotel, 15500 E. 40th Ave., Denver, CO 80239; On and before November 15, 2016, the creating employer allowed a load to be placed on the false roof of an interior structure a load which was greater than that for which the roof had been approved by the building official. Condition exposed employees using the flase roof as a walking working surface to fall hazards if approximately 10 feet as they used the roof to clean windows.
