29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 12/04/12 at Macon, GA: An employee was exposed to fall hazards while operating an aerial lift without wearing a body belt and lanyard, at a height of 10 feet above the ground. The employer failed to enforce the wear of a body belt and lanyard during the aerial lift operations.
