29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(B): Temporary wiring branch circuit conductors were laid on the floor and subject to physical damage. Employees working at the construction site located at 3636 N Ridge Rd, Building 400, Wichita, KS 67205 were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that; non-metallic sheathed cables were ran outside across the ground from a temporary panel to the point where they entered the building under construction to provide power to a lighting circuit and outside across the ground to a light pole.
