29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(A)(2)(iii): During use, containers for contaminated sharps were not replaced routinely or were allowed to be overfilled: (a) Sharps disposal containers in the pharmacy and a storage room were filled with sharps past the "fill line" marked on the container. Employees may be stuck or cut with contaminated sharps, exposing the employee to bloodborne pathogens. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
