29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about December 7, 2012 - Southwest corner, Anniston, AL, an employee working from a Genie 4x4 #839794 aerial lift was not attached to the boom or basket. b) On or about December 7, 2012 - Southeast corner, Anniston, AL, an employee working from a JLG 460SJ #853562 aerial lift was not attached to the boom or basket. Tier 1 Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315742643, citation 1, item number 1, and was final order on 4/13/2012 with respect to a workplace located at 958 Epps Bridge Pkwy in Athens, GA 30606.
