(a) Warehouse - On or about December 10, 2012 employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling stock that was stored on damaged metal storage racks.  Over half of the green storage racks on the wall of warehouse entrance and one blue storage rat at location 140, product number 87310, pallet ID: 98 had bent lower legs.
