29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about December 6th, 2012 at worksite 4726 Euclid Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were performing roofing operations at an elevated height on a steep pitch roof without any means of fall protection. Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
