29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On December 05, 2012, and times prior to, employees were installing a roof on an apartment complex without using proper fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a fall up to 12 feet to the ground below. HECTOR CORONADO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313496457, CITAION NUMBER 01, ITEM 001 AND WAS AFFIMERD AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 22, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1458 DOS DEANNAS, EL PASO TEXAS.
