29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: a) Glenside Homes, Reading PA; Building 47, Roof - Roofers were observed operating a pneumatic nail gun to secure shingles to a roof and were not wearing eye protection, as referenced in 1926.102(a)(1), thereby exposing the employees to possible eye injuries, on or about December 11, 2012. No abatement certification or documentation required.
