29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Main section of roof: On December 5, 2012 and at times prior thereto an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while performing sheathing activities on a 4 in 12 pitched roof without a complete fall protection system in place. The employee was not attached to a lanyard and anchorage poimt. Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.
