29 CFR 1926.302(e)(12):     Powder-actuated tool(s) in use did not meet applicable requirements of American National Standards Institute, A10.3-1970, Safety Requirements for Explosive Actuated Fastening Tools:      On or about December 12, 2012, at the jobsite the employer allowed employees to operate a powder actuated Hilti gun to fasten metal studs to concrete foundation.  The employee had not been trained and certified by an authorized instructor.  Employees were exposed to body penetration and/or injury caused by powder actuated tools.
