29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) Jobsite: 315 North 12th Street, parking lot, electric meter box for billboard lighting - On or about 12/10/12, employees performing electrical work to remove a non compliant electrical connection from a meter box were not protected against electrical shock by deenergizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means including personal protective equipment. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
