29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about December 11, 2012, two employees were using an aerial lift without wearing body belts and lanyards attached to the basket. They were painting the outside of a residential building. The employees were exposed to a potential fall hazard of up to approximately 25 feet to the ground below.
