29 CFR 1910.30(a)(2): Portable dockboards were not secured in position, either by being anchored or equipped with devices which will prevent their slipping. At this workplace, employees involved in oil drilling operations on the guarded walkway above two mud tanks approximately ten feet in height, did not have the walkway dockboard (bridging plate) secured in place.
