WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN THE OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311528442, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM 001, ISSUED 04/02/2009, WITH RESPECT TO THE WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 120 E GLORIA SWITCH RD, LAFAYETTE, LA 70507.  THIS CASE WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 11/03/2009.
