29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. Employee was observed engaged in general industry type of activities replacing bulbs and ballasts on existing lighting poles for an automobile dealership parking lot. Worker was exposed to potential 25.0 foot fall hazards in that a body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket.

29 CFR 1910.333(a): Safety-related work practices shall be employed to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when work is performed near or on equipment or circuits which are or may be energized. The specific safety-related work practices shall be consistent with the nature and extent of the associated electrical hazards. Located in the automobile dealership parking lot, an employee was observed engaged in general industry type of activities replacing bulbs and ballasts on existing lighting poles. Safety-related work practices were not employed to prevent shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts.
