29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a)  On the right side roof of the building at 202 Belmont Avenue, Fairhope, AL 36532:  On or about December 13, 2012 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards of 9.6' to the ground below in that he allowed his employees to frame and deck a roof without using fall protection.     b) On the left side roof of the building at 202 Belmont Avenue, Fairhope, AL 36532:  On or about December 13, 2012 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards of 9.3' to the ground below in that he allowed his employees to frame and deck a roof without using fall protection.
