29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening: On or about December 13, 2012, two employees were installing sheet rock from step ladders near a wall opening located on the 4th floor of a construction project were not protected from falling. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of 6 feet or more above lower levels to the ground below.
