The employee, performing framing of a house was exposed to the hazard of falling 19 feet 10 inches to the ground.    2. The employees, engaged in framing or cleaning debris were exposed to the hazard of falling 12 feet 10 inches to the ground at the south side open-sided edge of the 1st level of the house.
