29 CFR 1910.134(a)(2): The employer did not establish and maintain a respiratory protection program which included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.134(c): a) At Watco Plant in Fitzgerald, Georgia, on or about and at times preceding December 13, 2012, for 3M N95 dust masks that are required to be worn during dusty events, a respiratory protection program had not been established to address all the required elements. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
