29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about 12/13/12, at the site of Williamsville, NY. Employee was cutting metal door trims with a Bosch chop saw, that drew power from a hanging receptacle. The flexible cord of the receptacle lacked the strain relief. No Abatement Certification Required
