29 CFR 1910.272(j)(2)(ii):   The employer did not immediately remove any fugitive grain dust accumulations whenever the exceeded 1/8 inch (.32cm) at priority housekeeping areas, pursuant to the housekeeping program for grain elevators:  Fugitive grain dust had accumulated to a depth of 7/16 inch adjacent to the dump pit leg.    Abatement cerification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.272(m)(3):   A certification record was not maintained of each inspection, performed in accordance with this paragraph (m), containing the date of the inspection, the name of the person who performed the inspection and the serial number, or other identifier, of the equipment specified in paragraph (m)(1)(i) of this section that was inspected.  a)  Sublett Farmers Elevator Company did not maintain inspection records of the one man electric elevator (manlift) used to gain access to upper levels.   b)  Sublett Farmers Elevator Company did not maintain equipment inspection records after September 7, 2011 . Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
