29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) Sea Island Bank Financial Center - On or about December 13, 2012, an employee was working on the first level of a three tier tubular welded frame scaffold, which was not fully planked, resulting in a 6-foot, 8.5 inch fall hazard onto earthen ground. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
